Sunny Days!!

Wow the days have been hot lately. I love these little cheap pools. The kids have a blast!!
Even Ella thought she might give it a try. My least favorite part is the grass. It never ends I sweep it I wash it and there is still more. Great way to cool off. Fun to sit and watch too.

Look at this cute little baby doll. Who said you cant look cute on a buck! I bought her this little tank top and skirt at the dollar store. One buck each, I dont shop there for clothes I was getting the kids some entertainment and then saw this on the shelf. Anyways I love a bargain!!

So while at Nick's brothers house for a blessing we decided to take a family pic. Everyone knows how much fun it is to get everyone to smile at once. So the plan goes everyone look at the camera and smile and then we will see if we can get the little ones attention and maybe a smile. Well out of the four pics taken. This was the best one and see if you can notice who's not looking at the camera, yep you guessed it MOM!!! Ha ha, at least we tried.

Lucky Charm

I am not sure I have seen anyone enjoy Lucky charms like Ella does. She is so funny with the marshmallows sticking to her face and she doesnt even realize the best part is not in her mouth.

In the picture above besides my messy kitchen. You will notice all the freezer strawberry jam. Chayston was my happy little helper. He mashed, stirred, cored until he was not having fun anymore. He said it was fun at first. We made 16 containers of freezer jam and 20 jars of regular jam. It was my first time and I just followed the directions and hope it tastes yummy.
You will also notice Chayston's mohawk. This was my valuable lesson of the month and let it be a lesson to all you other mom's. Chayston has been asking for a mohawk, actually driving me crazy begging for one. So to the boy who cant remember what I told him 30 seconds ago. I said 2 weeks before school got out. You can have one the last day of school and then we will shave it off for church the following sunday. I said this knowing he would forget. So guess what he didnt. The night before the last day of school. He yells, woo hoo I am ready for my mohawk and his dad starts up the shaver and I could say nothing. So always remember they cant remeber to take the trash out, clean there room or show you there homework. But they can remember the things that are most important to them. Now lets just see if I can remember...

Oh my, How the time flies!

Well here it is, I know what half of you are saying to me. Its about time! I know I dont know why I am so intimidated by blogging, I just am. But I can do this and I will get over it. So this is the family blog, a way for you to keep up with us crazy james's, well at least you can try. I cant believe how we have grown. This weekend while we were camping and all of us were in our little trailer. I was just sitting there thinking about how it amazes me that all those kids are mine. I love them so much and I am so blessed by each of them each of them daily. Whether they are teaching me about patience or kindness or some more patience. I am one lucky girl.....
